Rampage, OC from PPG and Chuck aka Chuco, both share same golden hair transformations, and in fact, rampage is the inspiration from Chuco.... of course the transformation is the super saiyajin one, since by the time I was too inspired by Dragon Ball hahahaha ... soo they share same power, much to Rampage madness ... x333
